How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please send us an email directly from the email address associated with your Fusion Guards account.

  2. Subject Line: Fusion Guards Account Deletion Request

  3. Include in the body: * Your in-game username / Account ID

    • A brief statement confirming you want your account and data permanently deleted.

Our support team will process your request and confirm with you once your data has been successfully removed.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon processing your deletion request, we will permanently erase the following information associated with your account:

  • Your profile information (Name, Email, Password, Birth Date)

  • Your in-game alias and game progress

  • Device identifiers, IP addresses, and approximate location data tied to your account

  • Gameplay data and in-game communication/chat history

Please note: Deleting your account is permanent. You will lose all game progress, purchases, and virtual items. This action cannot be undone.

What Data Might Be Kept (And Why)

While your game account and profile will be deleted, we may be legally required to retain specific, limited pieces of data for a set period. This includes:

  • Transaction and Payment Records: Information regarding real-money purchases may be retained strictly for tax, accounting, and anti-fraud compliance.

  • Dispute/Security Records: Information tied to abusive behavior, fraud prevention, or ongoing legal claims may be kept to protect the safety and integrity of our services.

Data Retention Period

Any residual data retained for the legal, tax, or security purposes mentioned above will only be kept for as long as mandated by applicable law (typically up to 5-7 years for financial records, depending on local tax regulations). Once this legal retention period expires, the remaining data is permanently and securely deleted.
